A Year of Change and Growth
The past financial year has been full of significant steps forward for us at One4all.
At the beginning of the fiscal year, we initiated the recruitment of a new CEO — and halfway through the year, we gained new expertise to support our business growth and development, as Kirsi Suopelto started in her role as the new CEO. Around the same time, we hired our second in-house software developer. This marked the beginning of our own system development team, whose construction we continue to advance. At the end of the fiscal year, we took over our system development and maintenance from an outsourced service provider, enabling more flexible development and better responsiveness to customer needs.
For the first time in our company’s history, our revenue experienced a slight decline: our revenue for the fiscal year 4/2024–3/2025 was €2.3 million, compared to €2.5 million the previous year. This reflected the difficult situation in the construction sector, which particularly impacted the delivery volumes of our digital notice boards. Despite this, our number of customers grew, the resident app and booking calendar saw increased use. Our recurring billing rose by more than 19% compared to the previous year — and we ended the year in the black.
Last year, we promised to unveil something major at the start of the new fiscal year — and although the formal announcement was ultimately delayed until the very end of the period, we launched a collaboration with Elisa. Through this partnership, One4all’s services are now offered as part of the overall service package for Elisa’s residential property customers. This cooperation opens new opportunities and brings our services into the everyday life of even more housing companies.
There is strength in broader collaboration as well, which is why we joined the KIRAHub network and continued our membership in the Service Network of the Finnish Real Estate Management Federation.
In line with our strategy, we also invested in responsible business practices. We calculated our 2024 carbon footprint according to the GHG Protocol, as part of the Climate Partner program by the Finland Chamber of Commerce. Our emissions work will continue this coming autumn.
On a personal note, I want to thank our amazing team — without you, these developments would not have been possible. A big thank-you also goes to our customers and partners — together, we achieve something truly meaningful.
