One4all Mobile resident application is a modern housing service platform that enhances resident communications and the provision of housing services. Through the application, information reaches residents in real time and housing services are always available on the residents’ smartphones. One4all Mobile is a powerful communication tool that can also be used in a browser.

The resident application works as a stand-alone service or in conjunction with our digital notice board, enabling multi-channel communication and resident services.

The app is downloadable for Android and iOS devices and also functions in a browser. The app completely replaces the condominium website and offers much more versatile features than a website. Through the application, residents can be easily and efficiently reached even in crisis and emergency situations.

With One4all Mobile residents can be reached anywhere, anytime and can take care of their housing-related matters anywhere, according to their own schedule.

For important messages, the resident can receive a push notification on their phone and a read receipt indicates whether the message has been read.

With One4all Mobile resident app residents can read bulletins, receive and send messages to maintenance, property manager and other residents, notify the flea market, read home folder usage instructions and condominium documents, respond to inquiries, and manage and pay for their housing reservations.

Through the booking calendar connected to One4all Mobile, the resident can book and manage their own reservations for housing services in real time, for example laundry shifts or sauna shifts. Paid services are easy to pay with the One4all Pay payment service that can be connected to the booking calendar.

FAQ

Do you have to have a digital notice board in order to use the app?

No, One4all Mobile also works as an independent service. We always start by a service mapping for each housing company to find out which services are needed, and offer services required to meet those needs.

What does the implementation of One4all Mobile application require from the housing company?

The contents of the application are established together with the customer (housing company), who then chooses which functions are implemented in the application for their use. The content is managed in One4all Manager management system and those responsible for managing the content receive a short system training. We have created clear user instructions for One4all Mobile, which makes it easy for inhabitants to start using the application.

How can an inhabitant register and log in on One4all Mobile?

The property manager adds the inhabitant’s email address as a One4all Mobile user in the One4all Manager management system. Inhabitant information can also be imported into the system via inhabitant information interfaces (currently Visma Tampuuri, Visma Fivaldi and Hausvise).

The inhabitant receives an automatic message from the system, downloads the application from the application store, registers as a user (with the added email address) and creates a password.

Thereafter the inhabitant is able to log in to the application with an e-mail and the created password. The inhabitant can also change their password in the application.
