One4all Finland Oy is a Finnish company specialised in digital solutions for residential communications and services, founded in 2011. One4all’s services include digital notice boards for housing companies, a mobile application for residents and a digital booking calendar for booking common areas and resident services. One4all aims to provide a platform for a seamless resident experience.

This is where it all started
Our story began in 2011 as a marketing and digital agency. However, everything changed when a Helsinki property manager’s asked aloud “Why are there no digital notice boards?”. This question arose the idea to study needs and develop a functional, flexible and evolving housing service platform for the housing sector. Along the way more than one actor completely disregarded our idea and doubted its success. But our own faith did not subside. We continued to try and found committed partners alongside us.
The journey was long, as there were not many similar providers and for most customers the whole idea of digitalizing housing was foreign. Productization, sales work and assurances took a long time until the first One4all digital notice board was finally installed in 2015. From our first product, the passive display, we have taken a real leap into the housing service platform we offer today that includes so much more than just digital notice boards.
