2022-2023: Fiscal year focused on development
Another page was turned in our story when our tenth fiscal year ended on March 31, 2023. We passed yet another milestone when our turnover increased and exceeded two million euros. The increase compared to the previous fiscal year was approximately 14%.
The theme of this past fiscal year was clear; development. Of course, development is an on going theme for us, but this time we had a bigger effort as we began to develop our application with a larger team into its new accessible form.
From February 28th, our customers got access to a new version of the PNTmobile resident application. The application was also renamed at the same time. After much consideration and customer survey and feedback, it was named One4all Mobile. The cryptic PNT (which originated from the Finnish word porrasnäyttö, meaning digital notice board) was completely removed from use, and for clarity and consistency, all our servicenames now begin with One4all not PNT.
Over 1 million bookings created in the booking calendar
The popularity of our booking calendar grew during the fiscal year, as around 1.3 million bookings were made in our booking calendar services.
We also started webinars for our customers: Support Thursdays offering help to One4all Manager users with changing themes and communication webinars, where we discuss topics related to communication in housing companies.
In addition to the webinars, our own cartoon series Onni was created. Onni guides and communicates visually and in plain language about the twists and turns of living in a housing company. The cartoon is targeted especially to children but useful to all residents.
Our One4all family continued to grow
During the fiscal year our personnel also increased by four great individuals. And I have to say that we now have a great group of people. There is solid expertise, but what’s best, nice people with whom it’s great to work together – like an extended family!
We have a good place to continue from. The new fiscal year looks very promising. Our goals are set really high. We have a strong belief that the set goals will be reached.
