A service vestibule is a separate hallway in connection with the apartment, which makes it possible to easily accept commercial or other deliveries or to pick something up from a securely locked space. The service can also be implemented with a separate apartment-specific storage space or drawer.
The resident manages their own service vestibule and access rights to it effortlessly via the PNTmobile resident application.

The resident manages the right of access
The resident creates the right of access by defining an arbitrary name and validity period, for example “Shopping bag on June 18 from 5 pm to 7 pm”
The application generates a one-time PIN that can be entered into the door PIN reader. If access to the door requires passage through a locked front door, the right of access is valid for both doors.

The resident can send the information about the right of access, the PIN code and its validity period by e-mail with their own accompanying words directly from the resident application.
The resident sees all valid access rights in their application.

The service vestibule makes residents’ daily life easier and frees up time for living. Everyday life becomes more flexible when you do not always have to be present at the time of delivery.
