Elisa and One4all partnership brings more comprehensive services to housing companies
With the new collaboration between Elisa Oyj and One4all Finland Oy, Elisa now offers One4all’s digital solutions as part of its service concept for housing companies. Ari Myllymäki, Development Director at Elisa, and Henry Hietavala, Partner at One4all Finland, explained the background and benefits of this partnership.
One4all’s solutions integrated into Elisa’s housing service concept
“Elisa’s housing service concept is the best in Finland.” This is how Ari Myllymäki opens the discussion on the new partnership between Elisa and One4all.
“Elisa’s service concept for housing companies covers comprehensive solutions for property and real estate management. We wanted to stand out from the competition by building Finland’s most extensive and best-in-class property service package for housing companies and their residents. One4all is a key part of this package,” he explains.
Alongside One4all’s digital solutions, such as the resident application, digital notice board, and booking calendar, Elisa’s housing service package includes a range of property-related services and resident benefits. These include apartment-specific smoke detector services, indoor and mobile network measurement and modernization services, and feasibility calculations for property heating systems and solar energy solutions, to name a few – and even more useful services are on the way.
One4all complements Elisa’s offering – a partnership that benefits both
Ari explains that he has extensively researched digital housing services and determined that One4all offers Finland’s best solution. That’s why a partnership with One4all was a natural choice. “We share common interests and can support each other,” Ari summarizes.
“Elisa and One4all have the same target groups. We are not competitors; we complement each other. That’s why One4all’s solutions fit perfectly into our new service concept,” Ari continues.
Elisa has already conducted customer research, and inhabitants have specifically requested a resident portal like One4all’s.
“Our collaboration with Elisa has been on-going for over a year now, and I’m excited that we can finally talk about it publicly,” Henry Hietavala from One4all says.
