Johannes Hyyti strengthens logistics and customer service
Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming our new colleague, Johannes Hyyti, who joined us to work in logistics. His responsibilities include the maintenance of digital notice boards and customer support, such as activating services for our clients.
Johannes previously worked in maintenance at RTK-Palvelu and first encountered One4all’s digital solutions during his time in property maintenance.
“I first got to know the digital notice boards and digital booking calendar in the ‘skyscrapers’ of Kalasatama. When I heard about the job opportunity at One4all, I felt it was a natural next step in my career in the real estate sector.”
Technical expertise is nothing new for Johannes. He has been passionate about electronics and machines for nearly 10 years, which led him to study ICT small electronics installation. His studies focused particularly on household appliances.
“Laptops, phones, refrigerators, vacuum cleaners—basically anything that runs on Wi-Fi and electricity,” Johannes lists. “Now, I’m excited to expand and further develop my professional skills at One4all.”
His first days on the job have been filled with learning and getting to know the various features of One4all services. Johannes has already taken part in the maintenance of digital notice boards and describes the work as enjoyable and suitably varied.
“The best part of the job is its versatility: sometimes I’m at the office working on a computer, and other times I’m out on-site performing maintenance. It’s a great balance.”
In his free time, Johannes enjoys playing computer games with friends and listening to music. Especially rap and EDM are often playing in his headphones.
