Our Development Team is Growing – Welcome, Khadija!
We’re excited to strengthen our development team with a new talent: Khadija Ishaq joined us this week as a Full-Stack Developer.
Khadija holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Pakistan and completed her Master’s degree at the University of Eastern Finland in Joensuu. During her studies, she focused particularly on artificial intelligence, and her Master’s thesis explored an intriguing topic – the use of AI in skin cancer detection.
“Finland fascinated me for several reasons. It’s known as the happiest country in the world, and some of my former classmates had already moved here. The high quality of Finnish education solidified my decision to apply to study here.”
Before joining One4all, Khadija has worked for 2.5 years at a large international real estate company in Pakistan, providing digital services across the Middle East. Toward the end of her studies in Finland, she began working at a startup in Jyväskylä, where she worked as a Full-Stack Developer. After Jyväskylä, she set her sights in Helsinki and joined One4all.
“I heard good things about One4all from friends who are using the company’s services. I also had prior experience working with housing-related digital solutions in my first job.”
At One4all, Khadija is deeply involved in development work. Her role includes designing and implementing new features, further developing existing ones, and managing cloud services. She also contributes to exploring AI applications within our services.
An avid cyclist, Khadija is eager to grow and develop her technical skills into a well-rounded expertise. At One4all, she is particularly drawn to the opportunity to be part of long-term product development.

To unwind, Khadija enjoys streaming series and names Money Heist as one of her all-time favorites.
