Photographing our digital housing services at A-Kruunu’s Kalasatama property
Last year, we surveyed our target audiences to better understand their needs and expectations. The feedback clearly highlighted how important service-focused images and videos are. Based on this insight, we decided to take action and refresh our visual content.
We had the opportunity to photograph our services at our customer A-Kruunu’s residential property in Kalasatama, Helsinki, located at Konttinosturinkuja. The building is part of a block completed in 2024, which also marked the completion of A-Kruunu’s 3,000th apartment. In total, the property includes 25 apartments, ranging from studios to family homes and unique two-storey artist apartments.
An ideal setting for our photoshoot
The location was chosen as our photography site for several reasons:
- Easy accessibility: Thanks to its central location and excellent transport connections, both the models and the production team were able to arrive smoothly from different parts of Helsinki using public transportation.
- Digital solutions already in place: The stairwell has our digital notice board, which we were able to photograph by switching the content to our own.
- Smooth booking process: The property uses an electronic booking system, allowing the property manager to reserve the common room for our shoot remotely. This made the practical arrangements straightforward and hassle-free.
The photoshoot day started efficiently in the morning. In just over four hours we produced a comprehensive set of material that will support our communications going forward.
Below, you can take a look at the results of the day – and don’t forget to watch the video clip as well!
Warm thanks to A-Kruunu for granting permission to film at the property, to our wonderful models, and to Laura Filmaa, the entrepreneur responsible for the photography and filming.

Because our services support a sense of community among residents, this theme was also brought into the visuals. The material includes scenes showcasing the maintenance and installation of the digital notice board. Our employee Johannes acted as the model for these images, as these tasks are a familiar part of his work.
