The house manager’s certificate now easily available through the One4all Mobile resident app
A highly requested feature is here! Apartment owners can now order the house manager’s certificate independently through the One4all Mobile resident app, without needing to contact the property manager separately. The certificate can also be ordered using a QR code added to the digital notice board.
To use the service, the housing company must have One4all Mobile or a digital notice board in use, and the property management must be a customer of Thinger.
This solution speeds up the process of obtaining the certificate: apartment owners receive the document effortlessly, while property managers avoid unnecessary interruptions during the workday. The solution reduces property managers’ manual tasks such as entering information, invoicing certificates, and handling potential debt collection procedures.
