Ville Salonen appointed Chair of the Board at One4all
Ville Salonen, Lawyer and Master of Laws, Trained on the Bench, has been a member of One4all’s Board since 2021 and became Chair of the Board on August 1, 2025. After four years as Chair of the Board, One4all partner Henry Hietavala will now continue as a board member alongside the other partner, Kitte Hamilton.
“Ville has strong experience in board work and leadership, and that is why we believe this change will bring even more strength to growing the business,” says Henry, explaining the background of the decision.
Ville views his new role as a chance to align strategic development with his personal values.
“I am excited about the challenge of strengthening the company’s strategic leadership and growth, especially since the company has long been a pioneer in sustainability. Responsibility is an important value guiding my work, and I find it great that One4all also holds this value in high regard. I have worked with sustainability in my previous roles, most recently as the leader of Magnusson Attorneys’ ESG & Sustainability practice group, overseeing multiple client projects,” Ville comments on his new position.
