Welcome to our team, Janne!
At the beginning of April, we welcomed a new expert into our ranks: Janne, a coding Scrum Master. But probably the best way to describe Janne’s new role is the title: Software Unicorn.
Janne’s main responsibilities will include developing the One4all Mobile resident application and planning the technical implementation of the service suite in collaboration with the development team.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Janne has held roles ranging from leading a small business to working as an application developer in a medium-sized consulting firm. His experience includes defining and developing web and mobile applications, as well as project management.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the One4all development team. He possesses a deep understanding of business processes and knows how to align technological solutions with business needs. “User-centric and user-friendly solutions are, in my opinion, the best way to ensure that information technology serves users, not the other way around,” Janne reflects.
How does Janne feel after his first couple of weeks on the job?
“The feel for the new job, role, and team is fantastic. There are bound to be many interesting challenges ahead, and I feel like I have a lot to offer in my new role,” says Janne.
Janne in his free time
Even in his spare time, Janne is not short of activities, as his garage is filled with free time equipment. His interests include running, cycling, and climbing – with climbing being his favorite. During the winter, Janne enjoys various downhill sports and has been a skiing instructor at Koli for 25 years.
