Elvak & One4all co-operation visualizes real-time consumption data and property conditions for residents on digital notice board and in resident app

Elvak’s reporting framework enables energy information to be displayed easily both on the digital notice board and through the One4all Mobile resident application. Visible energy reporting plays a crucial role in the everyday life of the housing company, directing residents’ consumption behavior towards more cost-effective and energy-efficient choices. It is important for us to be able to support energy management in properties and housing companies, which is why we provide various consumption data interfaces for our customers.

Elvak’s report offers residents consumption data related to water, electricity, and district heating, among other things. User-friendly reports are available to residents and are easy to read and understand – providing a tool to support consumption management in housing companies. 

“We have developed a clear report that anyone can use to track their consumption. The report can include various consumption incentives, such as how many buckets of water have been saved compared to the previous week or day. This way, energy reporting becomes very understandable, and the housing company can try to influence consumption,” says Elvak’s Sales Manager, Sauli Ojala.

Reports provide real-time information and visualize property conditions

Elvak operates on the digital notice board, and a link to Elvak’s consumption data report can also be added directly to the One4all mobile resident application, making it easy for residents to access the report from anywhere. Elvak also allows the display of other information on the digital notice board. For example, the housing company can show information about the sauna stove’s temperature, average floor temperatures, and outdoor lighting.

“The data in the report updates every half hour, but the customer can decide how often the data is updated. We listen to our customers, and new features are continuously developed in collaboration with them,” says Sauli.
